Triple Fan Technology The oven is equipped with a three-fan system which allows outstanding cooking performance to be achieved. The temperature is uniform inside meaning you can cook evenly on all five levels as the two large side fans distribute the air around the perimeter and the small central fan creates a vertical heat vortex thus increasing ventilation Cast iron grids The cooktop features solid and sturdy cast iron grids resistant to high temperatures that give a highly professional appearance as well as guaranteeing excellent performance unalterable over time. Pyrolytic Cleaning The pyrolytic cleaning function is designed to eliminate corners holes and joints by effortlessly burning away all the dirt and grease stuck to the walls as it reaches a high temperature of (500 C).Whilst every element inside the cavity can be easily removed the upper grill has a tilting mechanism and the side oven shelf brackets can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
